The Acoustic Festival of Britain 2009 will take place at Catton Hall Park, Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire between the 22nd and 25th May 2009.

The Acoustic Festival of Britain is a four day open air festival of acoustic music taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend. The festival will take place in Catton Hall Park, which are the grounds of Catton Hall, a Derbyshire stately home.

Catton Hall, a private country house located near the Derbyshire/ Staffordshire border, is situated in parkland that has been home to the festival for the last few years.

The list of performers has to be seen to be believed. The performers playing over the four days of the festival include:-

Roger Hodgson (Supertramp)
Deacon Blue
The Christians
Mungo Jerry
Chris Difford from Squeeze
The Animals
The Blow Monkeys
N.O.M.A.D
…………….and many, many more!

There are options to pitch tents or bring caravans to the festival and there are other camping or hotel options, nearby.

There will be stalls on site and other events and entertainment for the whole family.

Festival tickets are available now and special Earlybird Tickets will be available until the end of March.
