The Comedy of Errors by Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Heaton Park, Manchester, 23rd June until 28th June 2009.
If you are looking for great entertainment in North Manchester in June then this open air performance of The Comedy of Errors by Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre might be just what you are looking for.
The performance runs from Tuesday, 23rd June until Sunday, 28th June 2009 and will be held in Manchester’s Heaton Park.
Manchester’s Heaton Park is a public park located in the North of the City. The park is a hugely popular attraction with wide open spaces that are perfect for outside events.
This performance will take place at the front of the Dower House, in the north west corner of the park and lasts around two hours. Add a little bit more time for the interval.
Evening performances are on Tuesday to Saturday at 7pm and matinee performances are on Wednesday and Saturday at 2.30pm. There will be a Sunday performance at 3pm. Refreshments and alcoholic drinks will be available before the show and during the interval.
There is nothing quite like an outdoor performance in a relaxed, informal setting, and this event looks like it will have all you need for good night or good day, out.
Please bear in mind that this is an outdoor show and seating is not provided. The event website recommends that you should bring a rug or low backed chair to sit on.
Tickets are on sale now and cost £15.00 (£10 for children). They can be purchased from www.quaytickets.com or by telephone on 0870 428 0785.
