Torvill & Dean’s Dancing on Ice: The Bolero 25th Anniversary Tour arrives in Manchester on the 16, 17, 18 & 19 April 2009 at the Manchester Evening News Arena.
It was 25 years ago that figure skaters Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean received a record breaking twelve perfect 6.0s at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo with a routine performed to Ravel’s Bolero. The performance earned them a well deserved Gold Medal and made Jayne and Christopher household names.

At present the celebrity line up and special guest judges have not been announced, but we are expecting an announcement on this shortly. The show will be hosted by Andi Peters. Like the TV show the audience will be able to use their mobile phone to text in their choice for winning dancers.
